Dr. Ashutosh Prabhu Dessai, MBBS, MD (Psy), FIPS , is a consultant in Mental Health and Counselling in Panaji, Goa, India. He is also a postgraduate guide for MD & DPM candidates in Psychiatry as well as an an examiner for postgraduate courses in Psychiatry for Goa University.
